Thank you for shopping with Camla Jewelry. We understand that sometimes things don't work out and we're here to help.
US & International Orders
Send your jewelry back within 30 days upon delivery date. You can choose either store credit or refund to original payment method. Camla does not cover return shipping and any duties and taxes incurred for returns or exchanges. For US orders, a return label can be provided upon request, and the shipping fees will be deducted from the return amount. For international orders, buyers are responsible for shipping the package back to us. Whether a label is provided or you use your own, the return must be en route within 7 days from approval. Any return sent past this window will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once your return has arrived in our studio, please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed, the original form of payment will be credited for the merchandise amount only. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. Funds may take up to 10 business days to return to your account.
Your returned jewelry must meet all of these criteria:
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization.
- Jewelry must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
- We do not accept returns for final sale items, which include jewelry denoted sale, custom and personalized jewelry and made-to-order or special orders that required custom sizing, resizing or that was altered from its original form.
- All original packaging must be included. Please ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. Returned products that have been damaged due to poor packaging or lost in transit will not be eligible for a refund.
- Store credit and gift cards are not eligible for a refund.
- Return requests received after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Camla reserves the right to limit returns and exchanges if a customer exhibits any activity that is considered fraudulent or abusive of our return policy.
EXCHANGES
To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return criteria listed above. An exchange can be made within 30 days upon delivery date. Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange. If there is an outstanding balance, it must be paid in order for your exchange to be sent out. If the exchange cost less, then it will be issued by store credit.
GIFT RETURNS
Eligible items received as gifts and originally purchased on camlajewelry.com or in person at our local markets can be returned and are processed as exchanges. Once your gift return is processed, you will be emailed a digital gift card in the amount of the original purchase price of the piece(s). The gift card does not expire and can be used towards any item(s) on camlajewelry.com or in person at our local markets until there is no remaining balance. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value. If an exchange item is of a higher price, customers are responsible to pay for the price difference.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
Camla will only accept order cancellations or changes within 12 hours of when the order was placed, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or update your order upon request. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately to process your cancellation or change. If you need an address change, it could be applied any time before your order has shipped.
