WARRANTY POLICY
At Camla, we are dedicated to creating high-quality jewelry that is made to last. Each piece of our jewelry is subject to a careful and detailed inspection before it is sent to our customers. However, if you experience any issues with our jewelry, we're here to help! We offer a 1-year warranty that covers any craftsmanship defect only. Our 1-year warranty covers your purchase for one year from the original order date. Please contact us immediately and we will repair or replace in-stock items free of charge and with complimentary shipping. We want you to be fully satisfied with your Camla jewelry purchase.
The following are not covered under the warranty:
- It does not cover lost items/parts, general wear and tear, accidental damage, scratches, misuse, neglect or failed repair attempts.
- It does not cover fading of metals and gemstones, damage caused by improper use, such as exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force, or any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Camla.
- If the item is not in stock due to inventory limitations or discontinuation, you will be issued a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the original item.
- Unfortunately, tarnished jewelry is not eligible for warranty or repair. Tarnishing is considered natural wear for jewelry and we suggest checking out our Care page for tips on keeping your jewelry looking shiny.
- Refunds will not be provided nor an exchange for a different item, size or material.
- Leveraging a third-party repair service will void Camla’s warranty. Camla does not accept warranty claims with post-purchase modifications.
- Replacement orders covered under warranty are not covered for an additional 1-year period.
REPAIRS
If your jewelry needs repair beyond the 1-year warranty period, we offer repair services to keep your Camla pieces in perfect condition. For all repair requests, please contact us for an evaluation and prior return authorization. Customer is responsible for all incurred expenses for the repair, which includes all shipping fees and taxes. After the piece has arrived in our studio for repair, we will assess the item. The evaluation could take up to 2 weeks, after which we will contact you to discuss the needed repairs, timeline and any associated service fees. We take into consideration "time owned" as well as "condition received" when evaluating a piece. Once approved, the customer will pay for all the fees associated with the repair to be completed. We may not be able to repair older pieces if components required for repair are unavailable.
PLEASE NOTE
Repairs have a processing time of approximately 4-6 weeks, depending on the level of repair required. During high order volume there may be unexpected delays and longer production times.
