US SHIPPING

We process orders within 1-2 business days, excluding made-to-order items (5-15 business days). Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the next business day. Expedited shipping does not expedite the processing time for orders. Camla is not responsible for shipping delays due to situations that can affect delivery date, such as severe weather or service interruptions.

CUSTOM AND IMPORT CHARGES

You are responsible for paying customs duties and taxes designated by your country. Camla does not have control over these charges and cannot provide estimates. These customs and import duties are NOT included when you place your order.

PACKAGE REFUSAL

If you refuse your order to avoid paying import duties and taxes or if you decide you do not want your order, the return shipping costs associated with the refusal charged to Camla will be deducted from your return.
